Background


Reach Out Actively Recruit (R.O.A.R.) is a premier group of recruiting professionals from various local companies, industries and backgrounds serving the San Antonio business community. 


R.O.A.R. is best known for providing services in the areas of career counseling, resume writing, interview tips and producing exceptional networking /career fair events that bring recruiting professionals and unemployed/under employed professionals together in a fun and relaxed environment.


Our First Career Fair was held in January 2009 and since then we've had several more events that have been the talk of the town. These aren't your average career fairs in a stuffy banquet room. Our events are held at local hot spots around town. From the Santiko's Palladium Theater to Sunset Station to our newest venue at Pearl Stables.

In addition to our career fairs we also try to give back to our fellow HR professionals through our monthly Professional Recruiter Network Meetings. These events not only allow local HR professionals the opportunity to network with others in their field, but also gives them a chance to hear from industry professionals regarding specific topics related to their everyday work.
